Psalm 100:4 — Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
Colossians 3:17 — And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Luke 17:15–16 (Jesus) — One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan.

Thankfulness is not optional — it is the posture that unlocks God’s presence. The psalmist shows us that thanksgiving is the entry point into His courts. Paul reminds us that every word and deed must be saturated with gratitude. Jesus Himself honored the one healed leper who returned to give thanks, showing that gratitude is the mark of true faith. And in every circumstance, Paul commands us to give thanks, because gratitude is God’s will. Gratitude saturates the soul like rain on thirsty ground. When you thank God, His presence saturates your life with peace, provision, and praise

Lord, teach us to live in constant thanksgiving. May our gratitude saturate every part of our lives. Let gratitude overflow until our words, deeds, and worship are drenched in Your presence. Amen.
